• The Lord will go before me and make the crooked places straight. He will break in pieces the gates of brass and cut in sunder the bars of iron in Jesus name. The Lord will give me the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places that I may know that He is the Lord which call me by my name. He is the God of Israel. Amen.

• I am a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a Holy nation. I am possessed by God, I am peculiar. I shall experience abundance in the midst of recession, all my debt shall be paid off and I will remain debt free in Jesus name. The Lord will make distinction between me and the world. I shall prosper in the work of my hand. I shall be established in all good works; I shall be elevated and fortified in Jesus name. The doors of goodness, divine favour, and uncommon blessings shall be opened for me; I shall walk through and possess all my possessions. For the Lord will not withhold any good things from me in Jesus name. I receive the grace to walk upright before the Lord, to seek His face and to keep his commandment. The Lord is with me, I no longer walk alone, and greater is He that is in me than He that is in the world. I shall be a lender and not a borrower. I shall be the head and not the tail. I shall be above only and I shall not be beneath, the Lord shall open unto me His good treasures in Jesus name. I receive the grace to hearken diligently to the commandments of the Lord and to observe them in Jesus name. I shall arise and shine for my light is come, the Lord shall arise upon me.
I am an overcomer, I overcome satan by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of my testimony. I am covered by the BLOOD of Jesus.
With my heart I believe the power in the word of God with my mouth I have made confessions and I begin from now to continually praise the Lord and speak life, hope and confess the word of God, in Jesus name. Amen

Focus: Prayer Works
Bible reading:- James 5:13-18
Elijah was a man of prayer; he was moved by the Holy Spirit to pray effectively. We also can; but we need to take our focus off ourselves and others and look to God alone. Prayer does not depend on our own ability but God’s power. Therefore prayer is not for a special Christian but for all of us. We need to intercede for our Nation, Church and Family. God is looking for intercessors that will stand in the gap. Ezek.22:30

• Ask God to teach you to pray
• You need the help of God to leave a prayer life

Thursday 9/11/17

• Praise & Worship
• Repentance & Forgiveness Psa.51:1-12
Focus: Fervent Prayer
Bible reading:- James 5:7-18
We need to be fervent in our prayer; fervency affects our emotion, we cannot disguise it. Fervency comes from identification of a great need or when we get to a place of enough is enough. That kind of feeling that causes us to pray base on the need; and our dependency on God to meet the need. As intercessor the Holy Spirit can help us to have burden for other people’s problems as if it is ours and we pray fervently for their needs. “…Effective fervent prayer….”.
Prayer:
• Ask the Lord to give you effective prayer life.
• Ask for God’s help to be fervent in your prayer.
• Ask that Holy Spirit will help you as you pray
• You need to be open to God.
• I pray that Your power will be at work in my life and in the Church. Eph.1:19

One of the ingredients of effective prayer is righteousness. It is very important. We cannot desire or hold on to sin and pray effectively. Isa.59 1-6
Psa.66:18
However we should not allow the devil to condemn us by telling us that we are not worthy to pray. The BLOOD OF JESUS cleanses us from our sins. And the only righteousness we have is in Jesus Christ alone. It is “only by grace can we enter, only by grace can we stand….” Not by our good works. Eph.1:7
Please read Heb.9:11-15, 10:10-18. The blood of Jesus shed foe us has made it possible for us to come before the throne of God. When we confess our sins and repent we must have the confidence that the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sins. No more condemnation. Heb.4;16, 1Jn.3:21-22

• Ask the Blood of Jesus to cleanse you from every sins that may hinder your prayers

God operate through prayer; therefore we need to pray. Prayer is the power of God in operation because it is the activity of the Holy Spirit. This is the reason the devil prevent us from praying; when we pray, we release the hand of God into that situation. If you believe in prayer; you need to pray, believing alone is not enough. You have to practice what you believe. James 4:2
God is at work when we pray and we must engage Holy Spirit when we pray. Rom.8:26-27

Prayer bust open the prison gates, conquered the devil. Prayer disarmed vipers and poisons, quenched flames of fire, divided the red sea. Prayer stopped the course of the moon, arrested the sun in its rapid pace. Prayer stopped the mouth of lions, conquered great kings. Prayer opens heaven.

But thus says the LORD, even the captive of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for the Lord will contend with him that contended with me, and He will save my children. Isa.49:24-25
• The Lord GOD has given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to hear as the learned. Isa.50:4
• The Lord GOD will help me; I will not be disgraced: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame. Isa.50:7
